Blistered Cherry Tomatoes, Serrano Lime Compound Butter.
Or, New York Strip Steak, Roasted Shallot Bordelaise, Buttermilk Whipped Potatoes,
Asparagus Tips and Baby Carrots.

Join good friends for a wonderful evening of good food, great stories and fantastic prizes.
We will raffle two baskets chocked full of goodies - a track basket and a pampering basket
and will also raffle framed vintage Porsche Sports Car Prints by H. Shoemaker and a vintage
1961 copy of Christophorus.
All proceeds of the Raffle will go to our Holiday Basket Donation.

that on your check and just note the addditional amount to be donated for "Holiday Food Baskets."
